I’m really glad you are reaching out for support. We all struggle at times and counseling can be the place to help. I enjoy helping people by focusing on their humanness and using my love of listening, positivity, and humor to support you on your counseling journey. Counseling can be hard, but I am glad you were brave enough to get this far. We will work through the rest together. 

What to expect when coming to therapy and working with me….to be yourself!! We are both humans. We will talk to each other and decide what you would like to work on for you to feel better. I work with you and focus on you as a WHOLE person. I use creative activities or examples, interventions, and humor throughout the counseling journey depending on what feels like a good fit for both of us.
